KM Contracts supply a standard 10 year guarantee on all our flat roof projects regardless of layers and this can be upgraded to 20 years subject to manufacturers costs and depending on layer specification and customer requirements. Customer references are available on request and if necessary our insurance policies, which are available on completion of our client acceptance form attached to your estimate pack.
KM Contracts use only the best materials and roofing felts available and in turn this may have cost us some contracts in the past but striving to be the best in our field we will not compromise giving our customers a service which is based on respect for clients property, honesty, reliability and quality workmanship. All refuse is removed by a SEPA registered waste carrier - protecting our environment and ensuring the correct disposal of waste.
